In the coming weeks we will announce the opening of the Summerfield Battery Community Benefit Fund. We are now seeking expressions of interest from locals in the Mid Murray and Murray Bridge regions to join a Community Benefit Committee to assist us in finalising the structure of the fund and make recommendations on the distribution of funds.

The Summerfield site is located in Tepko, 55 km east of Adelaide, near the Tungkillo switching station.

The large-scale 240 MW/960 MWh battery project will provide much needed backup power and grid stability – supporting South Australia to achieve its target of 100% renewables by 2027.
